The thrid China international medium & small enterprise expo was held in Guangzhou. A four day exposition has becomea stage for medium and small enterprise to show itself and seize opportunities. Domesitc and overseas enterprises in 15 exhibition zone played their own brand and characteristics: Italian delegation composed of more than 700 enterprises and 1400 merchants even brought trophy to the exhibition site; high-tech products showed by 65 medium and small enterprises from Shanghai also attracted visitors’ eyes.......
62 home and foreign banks group visiting The China banking regulatory commission visited the expo for first time, 62 home and foreign banks set up “ficancial financing industry delegation” to solve difficulties for medium and small enterprises. Besides the four big domestic commercial banks, foreign banks like city bank, deutsche bank, Bank of Montreal Canada, Liao Chuangxin Bank etc. and those new banks like Zheshang, Hengfeng, Beijing bank were also active in the show. Those banks set up more than 200 booths and talked face to face with more than 4000 medium and small enterprises.
On the half hour display, those banks competed especially for products series that customized for medium and small enterprises; meanwhile, 27 banks and 6 credit guarantee institutions took turns to hold medium and small enterprise financing lecture; on the third expo small enterprise fianancing forum, director of China banking regulatory commission statistical department Liucheng called, banking industry should change the old thinking “focus only on big richman”, actively expand financial service to small enterprises, adjust credit structure and investment, carry out a series financial products and innovative service, vigorously develop diversified financial services, following the path of sustainable development. Liu Chengxiang believe, China banking industry should re-check financial service to small enterprises and put it into a stragety. To intensify internal reform and innovation in system and mechanism. According to features of small enterprises, to form its own system of authorization, approval, accouting, management, evaluation, motivation, auditing, liability exemption mechanism, so as to further promote small business financial services. In the process of banks to improve small business financial services, what should supervision department do? Liu Chengxiang said that regulators should formulate regulatory framework and system according to the characteristics of small business financial services, in order to guarantee high efficency and high quality via reasonable regulatory system arrgement.
In addition, since CEPA agreement signed in 2003, more and more Hongkong enterprises take advantages of favorable conditions to expand their business to mainland, especially in finance, logistics, accouting, as a representative of Hongkong service industry, are increasingly set up branches in mainland. Italy show “small kingdom”
Among foreign exhibitors, Italy’s booth of 16000 square meter is outstanding. Known as the “kingdom of small businesses”, Italy has 714 exhibitors covering 70% of the industries.
Italian cup, ferrari, legend soccer star Luigi Riva....chic, elegant and colorful Italy pavilion becomes the most welcome place in the expo. Fine workmanship, first rank quality daily necessities could be saw everywhere in the Italian pavilion, even the heavy industrial showcase is full of life and art beauty, visitors can fully realize the high grade of national culture in Italy. However, Italy only spend 6 million euros (RMB60 million) for all this. It serves to show Italy products focus on cost-conscious and high quality, which give enlightenment to domestic enterprises.
In addition to the show zone, the Italians also specially set up 4000 square meters of business negotiations, providing a face to face negotiation opportunities for 350 italian enterprises and 1000 Chinese enterprises who have intention to cooperate. There was more than 5000 one to one communications on that day, which becomes a highligt in the expo. In addtion to wish to have cooperation of trade and investment, Italy enterprises also wish to coopeate with Chinese enterprises in reagarding of patent and technical area.
Shanghai enterprises: the expo is platform
65 Shanghai medium and small enterprises involved in more than 10 industries like manufacturing, electric appliance, food, chemical industry, service attended the exhibition and set up 100 booths. Among those enterprises, some are also competitive in international market; some are high & new tech enterprise with independent intellectual property right. By the platform of the expo, Shanghai medium and small enterprises’ products and services go further in the sights of global enterprises.
